Q: Why there is a minimum order of £30 ?

A: In line with our mission for being an environment friendly business, this is to ensure we are minimising the carbon footprint by avoiding the use of excessive packaging materials (e.g. box, etc) for each individual order, and reducing the travelling frequency for delivering orders to our customers.   

Q: Can I collect my order?

A: You can, if you live nearby. You just need to ensure selecting "Customer Pickup" during the checkout process so that you do not get shipping charge added to you order.

Q: How long the smoothies are good for?

A: Each smoothie has its own "Best Before Date" if you buy them as fresh i.e. bottled smoothie, depending on the smoothie, normally 5 to 10 days if left in fridge and un-opened.  

Once opened, it should be consumed within 3 days and kept in fridge. Our frozen organic smoothies can be kept in the freezer for up to 12 months.

Q: I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email for my order?

A: Please check Spam and/or junk inbox as automatic emails sometimes tend to go spam.

Q: What if I am not in when the box is delivered?

A: We use DPD with the Next Day Delivery service for shipping. Once they collect your order from us you should receive a "Delivery Notification" email from them to let you know the approximate delivery time with option to change. If the delivery time is not suitable for you please arrange the parcel to be left somewhere safe, or alternative delivery destination e.g. work, or with a neighbour.
