What Payment Method Do You Offer?
During Checkout you will be given 2 payment method options to choose from: payment via Paypal and payment with credit card. Please note, all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Our standard rates for deliveries across all of England and Wales and most of Scotland are:
Orders over £90 come with FREE Delivery!
Orders over £60 have a delivery charge of £6.95
Orders under £60 have a delivery charge of £7.99
For areas in the North of Scotland and offshore islands, the shipping charge depending on your postcode. Please contact us for the shipping charge.
When Will My Order Be Delivered?
We aim to ship as soon as we have your order. However, to manage expectation, our delivery commitment is up to 4 working days from the day we receive your order.
We use DPD and/or UPS for delivering orders. You will receive an email on the day your order is due to be delivered from them, including a tracking reference number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. They will also keep you updated with texts and/or emails. More than 99% of orders arrive on time, but occasionally there may be unavoidable delays.

Packaging
1) Frozen in 250ml Sealed and Recyclable Bag.
Our frozen organic smoothies are the most popular among the wholesale clients as they are quick and easy to prepare; can be kept in freezer for weeks and months (ideally up to 3 months), and blend them by adding apple juice to adjust the thickness.
2) In Bottle (250ml and 315ml)
Our organic smoothies are packed in recyclable bottles. They are ideal for very busy retailers, restaurants, cafes, etc that can serve them quickly as the shelf life is short.
Samples
We are happy to provide samples from 5 different flavours. We won't charge you for samples but we would ask for the cost of £7.95 shipping charge which is payable via Paypal (we will send the link).
Minimum Order
Our wholesale organic smoothies are available in a pack of 5 / per flavour. The minimum order value for our wholesale organic smoothies is £150.
Delivery Timeline
All our organic smoothies are freshly made, we do not keep a stock of frozen or bottles smoothies. The delivery timeline for our wholesale organic smoothies is 5 to 10 working days, depending on the order volume.
